A.-No - Currently we only ship within the United Kingdom.

A.-All our prices are as seen with postage and package added at the checkout.

A.-All goods are sent standard recorded delivery .

Q.-How do I buy an item?
A.-Browse our online catalogue and select the products you wish by clicking into the item and making your choice of colour and size if required then click add to basket.
-If you wish to purchase other items click continue shopping. Repeat this until shopping is finished then click the checkout option to take you to where you give us your details. On this page you need to tell us how you wish to pay for your purchases (Paypal, Credit or Debit Card, Personal Cheque,) and your details along with delivery details. At the bottom of this page you may also add any comments or special instructions you need to give us. Your order will then be will then confirmed
Q.-What if my items are out of stock?
A.-If the items you order are out of stock then we will advise you when we contact you with postage details. You will then have the option of waiting until the stock arrives or changing or cancelling the order.
Q.-How do I pay for my order?
A.-We accept payment by Credit or Debit Card, Paypal, Cheques and Postal Orders.

Q.-What do I do if I change my mind?
A.-If you wish to cancel your order before dispatch please email us at sales@tonysemporium.co.uk or ring 07795576739 and either speak to our sales staff or leave a message out of hrs. If you have received your order you have 7 days to notify us of your intention to return goods. Please contact us on 07795576739 or email us at sales@tonysemporium.co.uk before returning goods to obtain a returns number.
-NB All goods must be returned in the same condition they left. Returns under these circumstances may be subject to a restocking fee of 10% and the cost of returning the goods will be met by the customer.
Q.-My items or items have arrived damaged. What do I do?
A.-Please notify us within 48 hrs of receipt of goods and please retain all packaging as it may be necessary if a claim must be made against a carrier.
-If a package is showing obvious signs of damage then the receipt must be signed as damaged. Failiure to do so may result in claim being disallowed.
