Legal

Use of our website and the sale and purchase of goods from the website are governed by our terms and conditions as set out below.  Hereafter Tonys' Emporium may be referred to as "We" or "Our". "You" or "your" refers to the person accessing, using or ordering from Tonys' Emporium over the Internet or otherwise.  You must comply with our terms and conditions of trading.

Please note that none of the following terms and conditions affects your statutory rights.  These terms and conditions can be changed at any time by Tonys'Emporium without notice. UK Law is applicable to these terms and conditions.

All goods are sold subject to availability. Both price and availability information is subject to change without notice, hence any subsequent purchases of the same product cannot be guaranteed at the same price. Whilst we take the utmost care to ensure the product descriptions, pictures, information and prices are accurate we do not accept liability for any inaccuracies, errors or omissions. No contract exists between you and Tonys' Emporium until we accept the order by taking payment for the goods.  Orders are accepted at Tonys' Emporium' sole discretion and we maintain the right to decline orders without giving an explanation.  Colours may vary slightly from those shown on the website due to the limitations of Internet technology.

All descriptions specifications and particulars of the goods to be supplied are approximate only.

The descriptions and illustrations contained in any advertising media used by the company have been provided in good faith buy the company but no such description, illustration, price list shall form part of the contract.

The company reserves the right to incorporate new features and to supply products which may not be strictly in accordance with the specifications agreed upon, provided that the changes in specification shall not materially prejudice the performance of the goods.

This website is protected by Copyright and the Copyright, Trademarks, logos and Intellectual Property rights for the content of our website are the property of Tonys' Emporium. ALL RIGHTS RESERVED. Any use, printing or copying of materials on this website, other than in the course of browsing, selecting products and ordering from us, is strictly prohibited.

Orders

Where goods are temporarily out of stock we will endeavour to first find out an approximate delivery date, and then contact you so that you may choose between, having it shipped when it is back in stock, selecting an alternative product or you may opt to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.

Once the order has been placed, we will send you an email of confirmation including:

A contact name and address

An item Breakdown

The amount of the order (including P &P)

Orders can be placed via our website, e-mail, at our shop and on eBay.  We also accept orders by telephone but there may be a slight delay in answering your call as our order line is extremely busy.

Post, Packing & Delivery

Tonys' Emporium aim to dispatch confirmed orders within 2-3 working days of receipt of cleared payment.  All items remain to property of Tonys' Emporium until paid for.  An order is not deemed to be confirmed until cleared payment is received.

  You may cancel your order at anytime before we receive payment.

Payment

We accept payments by Bank Transfer and most credit cards via Paypal..

If you wish to pay by postal order they must be made out to. '' TONYS' EMPORIUM''.

We reserve the right to refuse to supply to individuals whose credentials cannot be verified.  We will use discretion in these matters and will not authorize payment or supply unless we are completely satisfied that the order is legitimate.

Your order will be picked, weighed checked for stock availability which you will be notified about.  We will then send an invoice. On receipt of your payment your goods will be dispatched.

Payment on invoice will not be considered, you cannot pay in instalments and we will not dispatch any orders without receiving cleared payment.

There is no minimum order.

Cancellation

You may cancel your order at any time prior to dispatch.  If we have received cleared payment we will refund less a 10% re-stocking fee.

Damages

All items are checked prior to dispatch, should any items be damaged in transit please follow the procedure set out below:

1) Contact us within 48 hours of receiving damaged goods

2) You may be required to s sign insurance claim forms

3) You may be required to return all the packing material and product for us to inspect the damage.

If you discard the original packing materials and/or item you will not be entitled to a replacement or refund.

Returns

All returns are at our discretion and will be treated individually.

Due to hygiene we are unable to accept the return of items deemed wearable such as earrings and pierced body jewellery.

Privacy

We are committed to protecting your privacy. All information is collected lawfully and in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998. We collect information about you to process your order and to provide you with the best possible service.  The type of information we collect about you is that required to process your order, which is given at the time of ordering.  We do not collect sensitive information about you.  Any personal information which we hold, will be held securely in accordance with our internal security policy.  We may store your details in our own database, and use them to contact you with the occasional flyer, special offer or catalogue.  If you prefer not to be contacted in this way, please e-mail with your details and the word remove in the subject.  You will be removed from the mailing list.  Cookies are used on our website to keep track of the contents of your shopping cart once you have selected an item, to store delivery addresses and to store your details.  We will not pass on personal information to other companies.

From time-to-time we may request information from our customers via surveys. Participation in these surveys is completely voluntary and you therefore have a choice whether or not to disclose this information. Information requested may include contact information (such as name and address), and demographic information (such as postcode, age level). Survey information will be used for the purposes of monitoring and improving the use of our website and the satisfaction of our customers.

Security is one of our highest priorities and we take every precaution to protect your personal information both online and offline.  All employees are kept up-to-date on our security and privacy practices.  If you have any questions about the security at our website, please e-mail us.

We are not responsible for and accept no liability for the content or privacy practices of any linked website which is not owned and maintained by Tonys' Emporium. We encourage our users to be aware when they leave our website and to read the privacy statements of each and every website that collects personally identifiable information.

Complaints

Please e-mail Tonys' Emporium if you are not happy with our service for any reason. We shall deal with your complaint promptly, we aim to acknowledge your complaint within three working days and keep you fully informed during our complaints procedure.
